Egg conveyor belt, also known as egg collection belt or egg picking belt, is an important component of automated poultry cage equipment. It is mainly responsible for smoothly and efficiently transporting eggs from the chicken cage to the egg collection area. The PP egg conveyor belt is made of polypropylene (PP) material and has many advantages. Here is a specific introduction:
 
Feature
-Antibacterial hygiene: PP material has excellent antifungal, antibacterial, and acid-base properties, which can effectively inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria such as Salmonella. It is not easy to absorb water, easy to clean, and can maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the breeding environment.
-Reduce breakage rate: The perforated PP egg conveyor belt uses CNC laser for precise punching, with uniform hole spacing, which can firmly clamp the eggs in the holes and prevent them from colliding with each other during transportation, reducing the egg breakage rate to less than 1%.
-Good weather resistance: PP material is not affected by climate and temperature changes, and can maintain stable performance in different environments. It is not easily deformed or aged, and has a long service life.
-Environmentally friendly material: Made of native polypropylene material, free of recycled materials and plasticizers, in compliance with food hygiene standards, and non polluting to eggs.
 
Type
-Traditional woven PP egg conveyor belt: with white as the main color, blue can be added in the middle and red on both sides, which has a certain degree of flexibility and can reduce egg damage to a certain extent.  
-Perforated PP egg conveyor belt: Surface perforated treatment can better fix eggs, reduce damage rate, and prevent secondary pollution of eggs. It is currently the mainstream product on the market.
